Joining the sport karate classes is optional for all of our students for an extra fee. These are additional classes and offer a different style of training with opportunities to compete provincially and nationally under Karate Canada. However, you must be member of the Wado Lumsden Karate Club to be eligible to join the sport classes.

These classes will be a lot less formal therefore a gi isn't required

• A double (top & bottom) mouthguard (a cheap boil and bite mouthguard will suffice)
