The Wado Lumsden Karate Club was established by Sensei Steve Franck (4th Dan) in 1994. Under Sensei Steve’s mentorship, the club has transitioned to Sensei Matthew Walsh (2nd Dan) who will be running the club moving forward and strives to keep the Wado tradition alive.
Sensei Matthew began training with the Lumsden Karate Club in his youth starting in 2002 and remained training and teaching with the club ever since
